These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bedbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bedbet website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all associated features and content. The Platform is operated internationally and makes its services available to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money services on bedbet, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Each individual may hold only one registered account. bedbet employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where a player is found to hold more than one account, bedbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances accumulated through the use of multiple accounts.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

5. Deposits

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met in full before real-money balances derived from those bonuses become eligible for withdrawal.
• bedbet targets withdrawal processing within one business hour for mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash and Nagad, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bedbet offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to:

Where bonus abuse is identified, bedbet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account without notice.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on bedbet are subject to the specific rules of the market and event in question. General betting rules applicable across all sports and event markets include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended by the player unless a cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that market at the time of the request.
• bedbet reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error has occurred in the setting of odds — for example, where odds were posted significantly below or above the correct market price due to a technical or human error.

13. Account Closure & Termination

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of outstanding wagering obligations on Bonus Funds.
